Hi, my name is Kimberly Causey, I am the CEO and Founder of Guidance With Authority LLC. My practice seeks to offer solutions to help “Guide Clients” to a desirable and meaningful financial goal to help protect what matters most. I have over 26 years of insurance industry experience and I am licensed to sell in 31 states nationwide. Before becoming CEO of my practice, I worked in the Sales and Field Operations Division for various insurance companies. I was responsible for Medicare and Life sales activities to help develop the market with carriers like United Health, Mutual of Omaha, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Transamerica, Humana, Aetna, Cigna, and Wellcare to name a few. Furthermore, I have worked in the roles as Territory Sales Manager, Divisional Sales Manager, and Field Manager. More recently, I have acquired new contracts to offer Retirement Planning Solutions.
I have earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in Healthcare Management from Concordia University Wisconsin. I am currently in pursuit of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree with an emphasis on Elder Law Estate Planning Attorney. The combination of Law and Health is beneficial to help prepare my current and future clients to maneuver through the maze of complexities within the insurance industry and gain a strong future of financial wealth development both individually and as an organization.
